What Are Serviced Offices?

 

Serviced offices are individually fitted office suites within a managed facility or business centre that offer tenants shared access to amenities such as reception, utility rooms, conference / meeting rooms and advanced IT infrastructure. Because the business centre provides shared amenities and equipment, you often get infrastructure that is larger, advanced, faster and more reliable than what you would be able to afford by yourself.

 

Serviced offices allow companies immediate occupation on flexible terms. You can rent an office suite within a business centre for an hour, a day, a month or years.
